  First & last time shopping at Sears. Bought a refrigerator from them 2 months ago. It stopped working yesterday. Customer service is a nightmare--they kept putting me on hold for ages and dropping my call. Then it turns out they don't hire enough repair people to fix things in a timely manner. Even though our fridge is under warranty they won't send a repair person out for over two weeks. At that rate we'll have spent more money on eating out/throwing away food than we would on a new fridge. They won't let us replace the fridge in the store because it's been more than 30 days. Stay away.
